Footballer wearing defibrillator scores late winner in German league match

Daniel Engelbrecht scored his first goal since returning to football wearing a heart defibrillator when the striker’s late effort helped Stuttgart Kickers to beat Wehen in the German third division. Last July, the 24-year-old had to be given emergency resuscitation after collapsing on the pitch during a third division home game against Erfurt.
