Chelsea agree €15 million deal with Saint Etienne for Kurt Zouma
Chelsea have agreed a deal with French club Saint Etienne to sign defender Kurt Zouma. According to radio station RMC, the Blues have agreed a £12.4 million (€15 million) fee with Les Verts and the 19-year-old France U21 international has agreed personal terms with the Londoners.
